FASHION BASICS PART 1: JACKETS & COATS. THE BEST PLACES TO FIND TIMELESS PIECES ON A BUDGET

Starting my basics post episodes with coats! 3 looks for less, here’s how…

Look 1: Topshop Camel Coat. A timeless classic bought off eBay. RRP: £70. eBay price: £30

Look 2: The fur Coat! An absolute favourite of mine that keeps me looking super cool, but feeling super hot 😉 (I’m so sorry.) Jokes aside, it really does keep me so warm in the winter and is such a great statement piece. Mine was free from my Nana! However, if you don’t have a stylish and generous Nana to give you her 60’s faux fur coat, I recommend using eBay to get your hands on a second-hand vintage beauty.

Look 3: The vintage blazer. I have noticed these all over Topshop and Zara. I bought this one years ago from a charity shop for around £8. It came with shoulder pads, so I simply cut them out. Seriously, go and visit your charity shops before you spend £40 on the high street.
