PART ONE: ETHICAL & BUDGET-FRIENDLY THRIFT SHOPPING

So….as I always say, I haven’t done a blog post in way too long as I’ve been stuck in such a rut. However, with it being Christmas and with so many people feeling strapped for cash, I decided it was about time I did a post!

I am a bit of a bargain hunter myself, but not only that, I am really trying to cut down my habits of buying into fast fashion. There are so many reasons to cut down on buying into the world of fast fashion, and one of them is that it costs a lot of money to be constantly keeping up with trends and buying new clothes! Not to mention the sweatshops and waste that it produces.

Most of the clothes that I wear are pieces that I have found in charity shops but not only that – some of the best, most well made and unique pieces I own have been bought from charity shops. Charity shops can seem so daunting and off-putting and I know that they don’t seem the most glamorous of places to shop…but trust me,  most of the time it is worth the rummage!

So here is part one of my latest charity shop purchases…

p.s sorry for the awful qual of some of these photos!
